Decorah Police officers respond to a 911 call

On Sunday at 11:55 p.m., Decorah Police officers responded to a 911 call at 812 River Street after the caller hung up. After investigating the call, officers found 28-year-old Celeste Holtz of Decorah, the caller, violated a protective order. Officers arrested Holtz and booked her into the Winneshiek County Jail on a charge of Violation of a Protective Order.
