City of Decorah's draft of a Sustainability Plan is now available on-line

The City of Decorah has posted on-line the draft version of the city's 2020 Sustainability Plan.

Public comments, including questions, are being welcomed by e-mailing the chair of the City of Decorah Sustainability Committee, Emily Neal, at ward2@decorahia.org.

The sustainability plan has been developed over the course of the last year and a half by a nine-member committee appointed by Mayor Lorraine Borowski.  The process included several "Build a Better Decorah" visioning sessions, an on-line survey open for all residents and meetings with both city employees and businesses owners to develop specific ideas and actions outlined in the plan.
