The Answer Person says: "Actually, the wind turbine will be back in operation very soon--if not already.  Luther College Center for Sustainable Communities Director Jim Martin-Schramm says crews from General Electric discovered a software-related problem--the computer in the base of the wind turbine hasn't been talking to the equipment up in the hub. GE workers have been in Decorah and are working on the problem and hope to have the Luther wind turbine back up and running soon."
