Decorah man arrested on failure to appear warrant also charged with possession of marijuana

35-year-old Jaylani Whiteside of Decorah was arrested Saturday night on a failure to appear arrest warrant and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail.  While at the jail, marijuana was located in his possession. Whiteside was charged with aggravated misdemeanor possession of controlled substance (marijuana) 3rd or subsequent.
