Decorah man arrested on multiple charges

After an incident north of Decorah Friday morning, 76-year-old Adrian Strand of Decorah was arrested for assault, reckless driving, driving with a suspended license, and possession of marijuana. Strand was taken to the Winneshiek County Jail.
