Decorah pet shop is closing after 28 years

A long-time Decorah pet shop is closing. The Fish Garden opened May 7th of 1991.
Owner Mary Smith says she will be closing the store December 20th after 28 years in business. All items in her store are now half price in order to liquidate her business.
