Decorah woman cited for shoplifting

On Monday at 5:12 p.m., Decorah Police Officers responded to Wal-Mart for an individual who concealed merchandise and did not pay for it after passing the last point of sale. Officers cited 28-year-old Kayla Larsen of Decorah for 5th Degree Theft.
