Decorah woman arrested for Public Intoxication

On Tuesday at approximately 11:03 p.m. Decorah Police received a report from Stanley Engineering of a woman wandering around their parking lot who appeared to be very intoxicated. Decorah Police located the woman behind McDonald's and she was identified as 50-year-old Andrea Strand of Decorah.
Strand was arrested for Public Intoxication.
