UPDATE: Telephone problems have been fixed at Winneshiek Medical Center

Winneshiek Medical Center officials say the telephone issues which had hampered the medical center over the weekend and on Monday morning have now been fixed.

Said a statement from WMC, "the phone system is functioning normally again."  Hospital officials thanked the public for its patience and understanding during the outage.
