Ben Lange has won election to the Decorah School Board

A write-in campaign by Decorah School Board member Ben Lange has proven successful.

Official results won't be known until 12:00 noon next Tuesday, but Lange has secured enough votes to win the third seat which was open on the Decorah School Board in the November 5th election.

Winneshiek County Supervisors will meet at noon November 12th to conduct the official canvas of votes cast Tuesday, but while the number of votes Lange received might change, the outcome will not--he has been declared the winner.
