9:10PM UPDATE: Emily Neal wins reelection to the Decorah City Council

Second Ward Decorah City Council member Emily Neal has won election to a full four-year term.

Neal, who was appointed to the Second Ward seat in July, following the resignation of Dan Bellrichard, has now won her second straight election.  Final results give Neal 338 votes to opponent Dan Kirkeby's 146 votes.

Meanwhile, the election for one of two at-large seats still has one ward with outstanding votes, but incumbent Kirk Johnson has taken nearly a 200 vote lead over former Decorah City Council member Gary Rustad.
