Winneshiek County Board signs a proclamation for Tobacco Awareness Month

November is Tobacco Awareness Month.  Members of the Winneshiek County Board of Supervisors met Monday with Helping Services Director of Prevention Services Tessa Willie to officially sign a proclamation in recognition of the month.
