Hawkeye woman arrested for OWI and possession of marijuana

On Sunday at 1:00 a.m. 19-year-old Ashley Pleggenkuhle of Hawkeye was arrested on Highway 52 and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for operating while under the influence & possession of controlled substance (marijuana).
