Postville man arrested for reckless use of fire or explosives and criminal mischief

On Sunday at 9:34 p.m. 20-year-old Dylan Bakke of Postville was arrested in Ossian and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for serious misdemeanor reckless use of fire or explosives and simple misdemeanor criminal mischief.
