Two Decorah men arrested on Saturday in Decorah

On Saturday at 6:15 p.m. 42-year-old Jonathan Downing of Decorah was arrested and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail for a violation of probation arrest warrant.
On Saturday at 9:30 p.m. 36-year-old Donnie Shimek of Decorah was arrested and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail for a violation of a no contact order arrest warrant.
