Decorah man arrested for Bremer County and Floyd County arrest warrants

On Sunday at 1:50 a.m. 19-year-old Kaleb Wikert of Decorah was arrested and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail for two arrest warrants: Bremer County violation of probation and possession of scheduled controlled substance (hydrocodone) arrest warrant, and Floyd County possession of marijuana arrest warrant.
