Decorah auto dealership donates $1,100 to Winneshiek County Celebration of Life

A donation of $1,100 has been made to the Winneshiek County Celebration of Life, thanks to KAR Auto Group in Decorah.

The dealership donated tickets to a Vikings-Broncos football game, which were won by Terry Casterton and Carl Naley for their $550 bid.  KAR Auto co-owners Kelly Bachelder and Randy Imoehl then matched the high bid, bringing the total contribution to WCCOL to $1,100.

Winneshiek Celebration of Life has paid for over 800 mammograms of local women and has helped over 1,500 families fighting cancer.  The WCCOL fundraiser was part of October Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
