"Ask The Answer Person" Is the Luther College wind turbine having problems again?"

(Dave e-mails: "I have been watching the wind turbine since it was erected, I noticed it has been stopped for many weeks on end. I ask Luther's spokesman why. He said they were "waiting for critical parts" from General Electric. When asked for more details, he said the company was furnishing parts to large wind farms instead of Luther."):

The Answer Person says: "We reached out to Luther College Director of Facilities Services Jay Uthoff, who sent us this e-mail: 'We have had a couple of issues with the turbine recently that have required ordering parts. The last of those are expected to be installed and we should be back in operation.'"
