Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office reports three arrests

On Thursday afternoon, 32-year-old Rikki Kountkofsky of Garnavillo was transported from the Allamakee County Jail to the Winneshiek County Jail for violation of probation arrest warrant.
On Friday evening, 20-year-old Michael Brink of Boone was incarcerated in the Winneshiek County Jail and served an aggravated misdemeanor harboring a runaway child arrest warrant out of Polk County.
On Friday night, 29-year-old Travis Blanchard of Strawberry Point was arrested in Clayton County and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail for violation of probation arrest warrant.
