(Renee e-mails: "I saw your story that states ATV/UTV registrations are due soon. Thanks for that reminder! I'm curious—now that it's been a while since the ATV/UTV ordinance was passed, do you have any idea how many registrations were purchased?"):

The Answer Person replies: "It's not just registrations which are due soon—it's the county stickers which allow you to ride in Winneshiek County. Those stickers are sold at the County Road Department, so stop in that office in the Courthouse to get your renewal there as well.

The County Road Department says 222 people have registered their ATVs/UTVs for riding in Winneshiek County."
