Decorah resident arrested on Third Offense OWI

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested a Decorah man for drunk driving.

42-year-old Jonathan Downing was arrested around 1:15 Saturday morning at the Upper Iowa River Lower Dam. In addition to being charged with Third Offense Operating While under the Influence, Downing was charged with driving with a revoked license. He was taken into custody and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail.
