Time to renew ATV, ORV and snowmobile registrations

2019 registrations of ATVs, ORVs and snowmobiles will expire on December 31st and penalties will be applied starting January 1st.

That's the reminder from the Winneshiek County Recorder's Office.  The office is open from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays for renewals.

The office is also reminding the public that a user permit/trail pass is required for all snowmobiles operated on trails and public land.
