City council approves lease for new Decorah Airport hangar

The Decorah City Council has unanimously approved the terms of a 50-year lease with Rowley Aviation for space for a corporate hangar at the Decorah Airport.

The corporate hangar will be 12 feet by 100 feet in area.  Rowley Aviation will construct the hangar and immediately turn over the title to the City of Decorah.  The company will also pay a total of $165,000 in payments over the 50-year term of the lease.
