Ossian man faces Second Offense Drunk Driving charge following accident

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says deputies were called to Highway 52 and Middle Calmar Road Sunday evening around 7:15.

They arrived to find that 36-year-old Aaron Hemesath of Ossian had struck a tractor in a traffic accident. Hemesath was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail for Second Offense Operating While under the Influence. Hemesath was not injured in the accident.
