Letter to the Editor: Thanks for coming to Friday night's dinner to support the Neighbors Helping Neighbors Fund

"Thank you to all who came to the October Fiesta at Good Shepherd Church on Friday evening and to all who donated to the Neighbors Helping Neighbors fund.  Thank you as well to the many wonderful volunteers who made it happen!

Hosted by the Decorah Area Faith Coalition, we welcomed around 140 people and received around $3,500 to help our neighbors with immigration related crises. The fund is used for help in emergencies with rent, utilities, food, gas to drive to immigration related appointments out of town, and other needs.
