Two Luther students charged with Posession of a controlled substance

According to reports from the Decorah Police Department, on Saturday October 12, at approximately 9:50 p.m. Luther College Security called the Decorah Police Department about a reported odor of marijuana in Dieseth Hall.

Officers investigated the incident and charged Isaiah Menchaca and William Moses.

Menchaca was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, First Offense (marijuana) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Moses was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, First Offense (marijuana).
