A warrant has been served to return Brent Fullhart to the Winneshiek County Jail

34-year-old Brent Fullhart of West Union has been served a warrant for failure to serve jail time.

Fullhart was arrested in Fayette County over the weekend and taken to Decorah by Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies.  He was jailed on the charge of failure to serve jail time.

Fullhart was convicted in July on two counts of interference with official acts for an assault on a jailer and a police officer.  He was sentenced to 15 years in prison, but that sentence was suspended and he was put on probation for two to five years.
