A Calmar woman, 37-year-old Rebecca Wangsness, now faces a charge of Second Offense Operating While Under the Influence.

On August 4th, Wangsness was arrested for driving with a suspended license.  At that time, evidence was sent to the Iowa DCI Lab for testing.  Lab results came back positive for methamphetamine.  As a result, an arrest warrant was issued.

Wangsness has been arrested and taken to the Winneshiek County Jail on the OWI charge.
