Calmar Woman charged with OWI

On August 4, 2019 37-year-old Rebecca Wangsness of Calmar was arrested for driving with a suspended license and evidence was sent to the Iowa DCI Lab for testing.

Lab results came back positive for methamphetamine and an arrest warrant was issued.

Wangsness was arrested and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail for operating while under the influence 2nd offense arrest warrant.
