West Union man arrested for failing to serve a jail time arrest warrant

According to the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department, on Friday Brent Fullhart of West Union was arrested in Fayette County and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail for failure to serve a jail time arrest warrant.
