Sparrow Hike at Chipera Prairie on Sunday

Winneshiek County Conservation will be hosting a sparrow viewing hike at Chipera Prairie on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. Join naturalist Larry Reis in looking for the wide variety of sparrows and other songbirds stopping at the prairie as they migrate south.
 
Chipera Prairie is located off Highway 24 between Fort Atkinson and Jackson Junction. Maps and directions are available on the Winneshiek County Conservation website, www.winneshiekwild.com.
 
This event is free and no registration is required. Bring binoculars if you have them and dress appropriately for the weather.
