Guilty Kilts and the Avey/Grouws Band performing at the Decorah Elks Club

A benefit concert will be performed by Guilty Kilts and the Avey/Grouws Band at the Decorah Elks Club on Saturday from 7:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. The cost is $10. Proceeds benefit children in need through the Decorah Elks Charitable Foundation.
