Decorah woman charged with OWI

On Monday, the Decorah Police Department received multiple calls regarding a motor vehicle accident near Locust Road.

Officers responded to the accident scene and found a vehicle driven by 22-year-old Kyzer Weber had gone down an embankment on a private driveway.

While investigating the accident, officers determined Weber was driving under the influence of alcohol. Officers charged Weber with OWI, 2nd Offense.

There were no injuries in the accident and the vehicle sustained minor damage, estimated at $2000

Officers booked Weber into the Winneshiek County Jail.
