Warrants served on two people

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office has served warrants on two people.
58-year-old Jonathan Spencer of Ridgeway was transported from the Chickasaw County Jail to the Winneshiek County Jail for a failure to appear in court on a charge of 3rd degree harassment.
23-year-old Zoe Thibadeau of Cresco was arrested and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail on an arrest warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of 4th degree theft.
