UPDATE: Ossian man faces charges after allegedly leaving the scene of an accident

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says charges are pending against 57-year-old Troy Troge of Ossian.
They say Troge was traveling east on Brooks Street in Ossian last week when he crossed the center line and struck a legally parked truck and trailer. Troge then left the scene of the accident. Deputies located him a short time later.
Troge had a medical condition that resulted in him getting flown by helicopter to La Crosse.
The Sheriff's Office says the accident remains under investigation and charges are pending.
