UPDATE: Two Decorah residents charged with operating while under the influence in separate arrests

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies made arrests in two separate traffic stops.
On Friday, the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office charged 35-year-old Brock Swenson of Decorah with operating while under the influence. Swenson was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail early Friday morning.
Also early Friday morning, 28-year-old Patricia Kiefer of Decorah was stopped on River Road in Glenwood Township and charged with Operating While under the Influence.
