Decorah High School's Homecoming Parade dodges the raindrops

The 2019 Decorah High School Homecoming Parade marched down Water Street right on time on Friday afternoon, despite concerns about the weather.
A good crowd of spectators stood on the sidewalks on Water Street as the parade passed by.
The Decorah HS 2019 homecoming king is Patrick Bockman, the son of Dominique and Mike Bockman, while the 2019 homecoming queen is Brooke Courtney, the daughter of Amy and Scott Courtney.
