Two men charged following altercation Saturday morning

Following an altercation in the early morning of September 21, 46 year-old Aaron Trezona of Ossian and Richard Tessmer of Postville have been charged by the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Department.

Trezona was charged with felony assault causing serious injury, aggravated misdemeanor reckless use of a firearm, and simple misdemeanor criminal mischief.

Tessmer was charged with simple misdemeanor harassment.
