Calmar woman arrested in Fayette County found to have Winneshiek County charge pending

The Fayette County Sheriff's Office says early Sunday morning one of its deputies made a traffic stop on Neon Road; approximately eight miles east of St. Lucas.

After further investigation, it was determined 38-year-old Destiny Lynn Chambers of Calmar has an active Winneshiek County Warrant for Domestic Abuse Assault causing injury.

Chambers was arrested by deputies and transported to the Fayette County Jail, where she posted bond and was released on a promise to appear in court.
