Decorah woman arrested on domestic abuse assault charge

Decorah Police were called to a home early Sunday morning. When officers arrive, they discovered there had been a fight, so they arrested 28-year-old Celeste Holtz of Decorah on a charge of Domestic Abuse Assault. Holtz was taken to the Winneshiek County Jail.
