Warrants served in two separate cases in Winneshiek County

Two people have been served warrants for alleged probation violations.
The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says 37-year-old Matthew Fechner of LeRoy, Minnesota was arrested around 11:00 Thursday morning and transported to the Winneshiek County Jail on an arrest warrant for probation violation.
Then around 12:30 Friday morning, 35-year-old James Tyree of Mason City was arrested on a charge of violation of probation and was taken to the Winneshiek County Jail.
