Festina woman charged with child endangerment

A Festina woman has been arrested by Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies.
35-year-old Megen Clark was taken into custody around 11:30 Thursday night and charged with child endangerment--an aggravated misdemeanor--and with possession of methamphetamine.
She was taken to the Winneshiek County Jail, where she was booked on the charges.
