Letter to the Editor: Support Emily Neal in Ward 2

(The following Letter to the Editor has been submitted by Ward 2 residents Mark Z. Muggli and Carol Gilbertson):

"We support Emily Neal's election to the City Council. We live just a few houses away from Emily and her family, and she is a good, concerned neighbor. She has also worked tirelessly and fair-mindedly on broad public causes like energy, climate, and natural resources. She cares deeply about the future for all of us. She faces issues with optimism and open-mindedness, and will serve all of Decorah's citizens very well.

Please join us in supporting her in the September 24th special election."
