Decorah remembers 9/11

Members from the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office, the Decorah Fire Department, and American Legion Post 135 observed 9 minutes and 11 seconds of silence in front of the Decorah Fire Station Wednesday to commemorate the anniversary of 9/11.
