Upper Iowa River Alliance will get a donation from the 100+ Men Who Care

The Decorah chapter of 100+ Men Who Care has now made over $50,000 in donations to area organizations in the last three years.

Tuesday evening the group heard presentations about Friends of CASA, NAMI and the Upper Iowa River Alliance.  Those attending chose the Upper Iowa River Alliance as this quarter's recipient and donated $1,400.  Checks can still be dropped off until Wednesday noon at Thrivent Financial at 118 West Water Street, Suite 102.

The group also announced that its meeting in the first week of December will be a joint meeting with 100+ Women Who Care.  At last year's joint meeting, over $10,000 was raised for Toys Go Round.
