Art exhibit featuring artists of the 2019 Northeast Iowa Studio Tour opens Thursday at Impact Coffee

An exhibit of artwork by artists taking part in the 2019 Northeast Iowa Studio Tour will debut at 7:00 p.m. Thursday at Impact Coffee on Water Street in downtown Decorah.

The exhibit is sponsored by ArtHaus of Decorah and features works by Jennifer Jones, Melissa Brown, James Updegraff, Joyce Meyer, Casey McBride, Marcia Cook, Jennifer Nahl, Darla Ellickson, Nate & Hallie Evans, Bonnie Koloc, Rick Scheffert, Karen Misseldine, Dean Schwarz, and Elizabeth Maurland.

The public can meet the artists and preview the work at Thursday's special opening. The artwork will remain on display through October 5th.

Thursday night's event is free. Refreshments will be served. Items in the exhibit are available for purchase, with proceeds going to the artists and the ArtHaus Youth Scholarship Fund.
