Boone man arrested for stealing truck

On August 17th, a white Chevrolet S-10 was stolen from a residence in northern Winneshiek County. After further investigation and assistance from the public, the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office filed charges on 20-year-old Michael Brink of Boone and an arrest warrant was issued.
Brink was subsequently arrested in Boone County. Brink was transported by the Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office to the Winneshiek County Jail for a felony theft 2nd degree & aggravated misdemeanor burglary 3rd degree.
