Detour will be set up Thursday on part of Locust Road

The City of Decorah will close a portion of Locust Road on Thursday from approximately 8:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.

The road will be closed from College Drive to Pine Crest Drive. One lane of the road will be closed between Pine Crest Drive and Highland Drive.

The closure is to allow for the completion of initial survey work needed as part of the 2020 Locust Road and Utility Improvement Project.

The City is asking residents to take alternate routes during this temporary closure. If you have any questions, please contact City Engineer Jeremy Bril at (563) 382-2157.
