City council approves $104,000 bid for East Broadway alley project

Skyline Construction has been awarded a contract to pave the alley behind homes on the south side of the 500 and 600 blocks of East Broadway Street.

The company was the low bidder on the project, coming in with a bid of just over $104,000.  The project calls for paving what some have described as one of the worst alleys in the city.  The project has a requirement that work be completed by November 15th.
