Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies served an arrest warrant Wednesday night on 21-year-old Dominick Watson of Decorah and took him to jail.
Watson had been charged with one count of 3rd and subsequent possession of meth and one count of gathering for the use of drugs last December. Trial on those charges has not yet taken place.
On Wednesday night, when deputies served the arrest warrant they allegedly discovered methamphetamine in a car at his home in Calmar. As a result of the search, additional charges will be filed by the Winneshiek County Attorney's Office. While Watson was incarcerated in the Winneshiek County Jail, he was also served with a warrant accusing him of violation of pretrial supervision.
